3. Delivery & Logistics Policy

• Central Roofing provides nationwide delivery at agreed rates.

• Delivery timelines are communicated at the time of purchase and may vary depending on distance and availability.

• Customers are encouraged to inspect materials upon delivery.

4. Returns & Exchange Policy

• Materials supplied according to the agreed specification are non-refundable.

• Exchanges may be allowed only in cases of factory defects, verified at the point of delivery.

• Additional transportation costs for exchanges are borne by the customer.

5. Installation & Accessories Policy

• Installation services are optional and provided at a separate cost.

• Accessories (e.g., droppers, ridges, gutters) are available upon request and charged separately.

• Customers are advised to confirm accessory requirements before purchase.

6. Customer Service Policy
