• Delivery timelines are communicated during order confirmation but may be affected by location, availability, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Customers are required to inspect all materials upon delivery.
• Installation services are optional and provided under separate agreements.

5. Accessories & Add-Ons

• Accessories such as droppers, ridges, and gutters are supplied upon request and at additional cost.
• Customers are encouraged to confirm accessory needs before finalizing an order.

6. Returns & Refunds

• Roofing materials supplied according to agreed specifications are non-refundable.
• Returns or exchanges are accepted only in cases of verified factory defects, reported immediately upon delivery.
• Transportation or additional costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Warranties & Liability

• Central Roofing guarantees the authenticity and quality of materials supplied.
• We are not liable for damages caused by:

• Improper installation by third parties.
• Misuse, negligence, or lack of maintenance.
• Natural disasters or accidents beyond our control.

8. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate site details for delivery and installation.
• Ensure access to delivery sites is safe and possible for vehicles.
• Maintain proper care of roofing materials after delivery.
